How To Use A Rolling Muscle Stick

There are several tips that you can use on how to use a rolling muscle stick.

The first tip is to make sure that the rolling muscle stick is going to suit all of the your needs and your level of advancement. Therefore, if you are using the stick for the first time, you need to realize exactly what you are going to want out of the stick. If you are a very active person, then you are going to know exactly what your goal is. Therefore, you are going to need to protect yourself from any type of injuries, boost the performance of your workout, and accelerate the recovery of your workout. But if you are a beginner, then you are going to be lost at what you are suppose to be doing.

The second tip is to make sure that you follow all of the easy instructions that is going to come with the stick. It is not going to be very hard to use the stick as long as you follow a few basic steps. This is the best way to make sure that you don’t hurt yourself and you will be able to get the muscles that you are looking for by using the rolling muscle stick. Therefore, you are going to be able to get the best results from the stick. Your muscles are going to need to be relaxed while you are using the stick so that it will be able to penetrate the muscles even deeper. You are also going to want to use on your skin or through the light clothing.

The third tip is to make sure that you are not hurting your muscles while you are penetrating through the tissues of the muscles. Even though the stick is designed not to break, it does not mean that you need to use a lot of force when you are using it. Too much force is going to cause you to hurt yourself especially if your muscles are not relaxed. A lot of beginners are going to do this because they feel like this is the best way to achieve the fastest results from the stick. Just because the tissues in the muscles are stretched, it does not mean that you are going to be able to increase your mobility. But the more frequently you use the stick, the more strength that you will be able to apply to it.

Using it

The fourth tip is to learn how to properly use the rolling muscle stick. Therefore, you don’t need to use the stick with a foam roller stick. This is because they are not going to work the same way. With the stick, they are going to be using their hands and not the weight of their body. Therefore, they are going to be able to do a lot more positions than with the foam roller. This means that you will be able to work out the different parts of the body since you will have to be able to control your strength the whole time that you are using the stick. If you have weak ankles, you are going to want to use the ankle compression sleeves while you are using the stick.

The sixth tip is that you are going to be able to achieve the most out of the stick if you use it before, during, and after you have had a training session. This is because the muscles are going to be able to calm down and they are going to be able to recover a lot faster. When the stick is compared to some of the other types of exercise equipment, it is going to stand out for its portability. It is going to take about 30 seconds for each area of the muscles to relax. It is also a good idea to pay special attention to the parts of the body that are the sorest after you are done with your workout.

The seventh tip is to make sure that you don’t forget to use it for at least a few hours of the day. This is going to be especially true if you sit at your job for a long period of time. Therefore, if you are a professional athlete, then you don’t need to use it. The rolling muscle stick is going to help you to make sure that your body is going to stay flexible, decrease the amount of numbness that you might have in your legs, and increase the circulation of your blood inside of the body. You can also use the stick on your neck, legs, shoulders, and upper back. This is because these are the parts of the body that are going to be hurting the most.

Installing Your Cycling Computer Quick and Easy

Here at HXO, we ride for fun and fitness as well, collect data from those activities! With our innovative cycling computer I love riding more, getting my metric data is simple. It’s possible to get confused and have difficulties when installing. No worries, I am here to get you started on logging as many miles as you can.

Considering those who are new to cycling computer/speedometers, It is like a pedometer for your bicycle. With every revolution of your tires activates the computer sensor to calculate your speed and distance. Depending on the model much more information can be calculated such as power, heart rate, altitude to list a few. Installing and configuring a cycling computer can be easy with these steps, so let’s begin.

Step 1: Attach the sensor to the fork.

Secure the sensor to your front wheel on the opposite side of the brakes. Use zip ties to secure tightly. Ensure sensor and wires don’t interfere with suspension or other components of fork if present to help protect from debris. Run the wire up the outer part of the fork.

Step 2: Attach the computer to your handlebars.

Decide on a placement spot that doesn’t hinder your view of the road and easy access if needed. I would suggest placing near the center or stem clamp. Depending on your computer/speedometer the hardware can be slightly different. Before tighten on handlebars make sure you have enough slack to freely turn without damaging wires or computer.

Step 3: Attaching magnet sensor to the wheel.

You’re almost there, now attach the magnet sensor to the spokes of your front wheel. Depending on your computer model, you can attach with a small clip or tighten with a screwdriver. Every time the magnet passes the sensor it’s busy calculating. To produce accurate reading the magnet needs to be 3-4mm from the sensor.

Step 4: Calibrate computer to wheel size.

Enter the tire diameter in the computer which can be found on the tire near the PSI (tire pressure) info. As a result, your computer will work more accurately with each revolution computing your speed and more. Test it by spinning the wheel to ensure proper placement and speed results in the computer. Also, some computer manufactures used a number code for tire size so be sure to check computer manual for measurements.

You’re Done!

Now you know the easy installing steps, let’s decide which speedometer interest you. Cateye Velo 9 and the Cateye Urban Wireless. I know from research these two offers good value for the price. The Cateye Velo 9 is $30 and the Urban Wireless is at $45. Very affordable and won’t break the bank. Both give info on speed, distance, elapsed time, calories burned and much more. If you have any questions about selecting don’t hesitate to ask.

The Best 5 iPhone Data Recovery Software for You

The information that we store on our smartphones contains a lot of important things – messages, photos, videos, and a lot of other things that mean something to us. It’s not always possible to place a monetary value on these things, but they’re often very important nonetheless. As such, you probably want to ensure that it’s protected in case of unforeseen circumstances. This could be from any one of a myriad of reasons, but regardless of whether your phone just decides to reset itself inexplicably or whether it’s stolen, you won’t regret being able to recover everything.

Loosing all of your phone data because you’ve never backed up your iPhone is always a headache, so it’s always important to choose the best iPhone data recovery software to avoid this. Your iPhone does back itself up when things are set up right, but it’s not always possible to recover everything this way. Sometimes you can actually salvage your data, and your chances of being successful with this are greatly increased by using a data recovery program. Sometimes a file can disappear but can be retrieved if it’s not been overwritten by your phone yet. Of course there are times when none of this works and you won’t be able to recover your data, but you shouldn’t resign yourself to such scenarios being an eventuality.

So if you decide to go with an iPhone data recovery program – which you will probably find useful – then there’s the question of which to choose. The choice depends on a number of things like which model of iPhone you use, what data you wish to protect, and your own personal preferences.

This program is one of the best software solutions for your phone recovery needs, and on top of that it does so much more. Some people love dr.fone because they find it works even better for them than doing the same things through iTunes, and because it does so much more on top of that. allows you to transfer and manage your photos across your devices, and you can export and import as well as sync all of your contacts across devices. You might well say that you could do all of these things through iTunes – which is true – but dr.fone makes that a lot simpler to do all in one go. However, also offers the significant advantages of being able to get access to everything on your device while in disk mode and you can store all of the directories on your computer. This software also helps with managing your app data more efficiently, which means using less storage on your phone and less wastage of mobile data. With a 7-day free trial, there’s no need to worry about your purchase, but with a user-friendly interface you’ll probably want to keep it.

If you use both Android and iOS devices and want an app to cover both at once, Syncios could be a very good choice. You can sync files to your computer as well as to other mobile devices, and this is a very good choice if you’re still using an older-model iPhone because it supports
even the older models like the iPhone 4S as well as newer devices. Syncios also allows you to copy your files to iTunes from the program itself. What’s nice about Syncios is that it also works with Android devices, though it’s still kind of wanting in that it won’t give you an easy way to find files that have seemingly disappeared. Essentially, this app is good if you just want one program to cover all of your syncing needs but don’t care about a bunch of other features and don’t use an iPhone 8 or X.

Billed as being more than just another alternative to iTunes, FoneTrans is the perfect way to sync and transfer your files, photos, contacts, and voice memos across all of your devices. You can transfer pretty much anything between devices, and this is the best choice for a simple, one-stop solution for that.

If you want to transfer all of your files between devices and have a user-friendly interface to do it, FonePaw is the way to go. It’s just the best way to manage your files, hands down, because it include things like books and your SMSs as well, which is always important. A lot of customers absolutely love FonePaw because it makes all of this work so much simpler.

Xilisoft iPhone Transfer

If you want an application for syncing your iPhone and happen to have an iPhone X, it’s not so simple to find an application that can support your device. Xilisoft’s iPhone Transfer supports the latest software as well as older versions and devices going back to the iPhone 3G, so this is a good option no matter what iOS device you happen to be using. Xilisoft’s program is an excellent way to synchronise everything with ease, and if you have any doubts it comes with a 30-day money back guarantee in case you don’t like it.

Obviously you have a lot of options out there for backing up your iPhone, which can make finding the right software a bit confusing if you don’t really know what you’re looking for. stands out from the crowd for its ability to search for files deep inside your phone that might have otherwise been lost, but all five of the products mentioned here will help you to synchronise and back up all of the things on your phone that matter to you.

McDonalds Facts: True or False?

The popular fast food franchise McDonald’s is not only one of the most successful but has seen to be known as long standing. Found usually quite easily, this business would of course insight rumors just as quickly. The golden arches seem to hide a few truths some think, but here are the real facts that you always debated.

The Reasons

Though many believe that Ray Kroc was the beginner of the McDonald’s organization, he did not actually develop the original idea for it. He did assist in its growth and overall success, coming into the dealings only after brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald opened a starter barbeque restaurant, but soon become known for their fast burgers. They ran with the idea to have good food quickly and changed their name. In just over a decade they had multiple franchises, and Kroc saw the potential. Kroc imitated them, opening one for himself and then deciding in 1961 he wanted to purchase the outright McDonald’s rights. Millions were made, from an operation that was never meant to get off the ground much less flourish. Now it is a billion-dollar empire.

Though the Des Plaines is known for being the first location, that is actually not true. Now a museum, the worst part is the building is not even real; it is a replica. Ray Kroc clearly told the lie as to gain popularity for himself. While it may have been his first opportunity into the company, it was certainly not the first McDonald’s. San Bernardino gets the true honor of being the first McDonald’s.

McDonalds has had their fair share of bad publicity. Lawsuits about hot coffee, where a woman spilled some on herself while driving and therefore sued and won a million dollars, have come to the publics attention. This is however an untrue telling of the event. In reality, Libeck was only a passenger in the unmoving car and not recklessly attempting to drive and open the cup. As she received third degree burns in her lap and lower regions, she had to have grafts and treatments to get back to normal. As she originally only requested a smaller amount, which McDonald’s still gawked at, she more than rightfully got payment for her anguish.

Most believe the French fries that sell in the millions of pounds daily are made from just a single thing. However, they do include more than potatoes. Nineteen things are in the mix, including things such as vegetable oil, dextrose for color, sodium, and salt of course.

One touchy subject are McDonald’s workers wages. They have been talked down about from some who said they did not pay adequately enough, which prompted a strike for minimum wage to be raised. Nevertheless, the cause of the overall low pay was due to number of hours worked and if the person was full time versus part time.

Ammonia treated beef is another falsehood that plagues the business. The meats they served were lean yes, but that is no longer the case. No chemicals are used while it is shaped and frozen. It is one-hundred percent beef and contains no preservatives.

The pink-slime myth is one of the less appealing ones to acknowledge. Similar to a strawberry ice-cream in look, some believed it was chicken nuggets main component. It has been debunked by the company and continues to be denied until proven otherwise.

That McDonald’s uses filler in their food continues the mythical line of thinking, and some of stated horse meat or worms were used. The more believable people of the community bought the lies. It is hard to accept as true when every other indication is that the meat used is all natural.

The famous Big-Mac has a special sauce topping that is rumored to be a secret. Watch out for the next burger competing you host, because the things to make the sauce are up on their website. Make it exactly as they do with their step-by-step instructions.

That their food does not rot is a cause for some’s concern. Any food preserved without moisture will just dry and not do so however, so that myth is not a very thought out one. Believe science, not hearsay.

After having molten poured on the food, it turns indigestible. Do not listen to the people saying this is only relevant to McDonalds. All food will do this, and it is not because it is poor quality.

Rumored to have supported certain factions of religion during the holidays, some thought their cups were offensive. It was thought to be deliberate on their part. It was just a tweaked version however, so do not fret.

Things to Know Before Buying a Cordless Drill Driver

When it’s time for a new drill there is only one way to go. Power drills, baby! Never forget, however, that when you make a purchase such as a power drill, there are a few things you should consider before bust out your wallet.

First things first. If you are considering a power drill, you likely already own a few power tools. If that is the case, you may want to think about purchasing a drill that has battery packs that are the same size as your already existing tools. This way you dont have to buy more chargers and packs, you can just switch them out with the tools you already own. If you dont already have a bunch of power tools in your tool box, you may want to keep this quick trick in mind for all of your power tool purchases.

The next thing you may consider when buying your drill is not just the size of the battery but also what kind of battery you will want to use. There are a few options here. nickel-cadmium and nickel-metal hydride are both older types of batteries. While these two batteries do allow for a smaller price tag, you will notice that they are considerably heavier and the charges dont last long enough to comolete the job. A drill with a lithium-ion battery can be bought for just a bit nore money. The benifit is that it takes less time to charge, the charge lasts longer and they are much lighter in weight allowing you to use them much linger before you feel fatigued.

The voltage of a drill is important too. If you are simply looking for a drill to complete those DIY jobs around the house, a 12 volt srill will do just fine. If you are looking for something with a little more speed and torque though, you may consider an 18 volt drill. Speed and tirque are both important when it comes to drilling holes so make sure that whichever drill you choose has asjustable speeds.

A when you are making your purchase always consider the features the model has to offer. Most useful of the features available on many diffrent drills will be a batter gauge, an led light , storage in the handle for any extra bits you may need for a project and hooks on either side so that it can easily fit into a tool belt.

As with any big purchase, the warranty is also very important. You will want to make sure that whatever model you buy comes with one. A one yyear warranty is fairpy standard on cheap models but the top brands will likely offer a linger 5 year warranty. Make sure tha the warranty covers batters as well as the drill because its almost always the battwry that wears out before the drill does.

Always consider what kind of job you will need your drill for. If you need the speed and torque of an 18 volt, you will be kicking yourself if you purchase a 12 volt. Just like buying a new pair of sneakers, its always better to try out a tool for yourself before you buy it. Finally, you will want to make sure it is comfortable in your hand and easy to use.

Power Drills vs. Impact Drivers: What’s the Difference?

Power drills have been around for decades, but lately there’s another tool gaining in popularity which bears a lot of superficial resemblance to your typical power drill(source: There’s no doubt that owning an impact driver can be useful for a lot of people, but it’s important to note that there are a few significant differences. So before you throw down money on an impact driver, it’s a good idea to look at what it can do for you and if you really need one.

Power drills have been around longer, and it’s safe to say that a majority of the people using them already know what they’re for. Of course technology has evolved, so that ancient corded drill from your grandpa’s toolbox isn’t really the most current example of what today’s power drills are like to use – they’re more convenient because there’s often no cord to trip over, and the’ve gotten a bit smaller and lighter as well.

A major advantage of power drills is their accuracy when used for their intended purpose, because they lack the hammering action of power drivers. Another advantage is that drills traditionally use a chuck, which makes it easy to fit drill bits of any size you might require.

Impact drivers were primarily invented for driving in screws – which they excel at – but have some drilling capability of their own. Impact drivers use the same rotations to drive in screws as drills do, but they add hammering motions in order to help the screw penetrate harder materials. This happens at a very high rate, and a trademark feature of impact drivers is a loud clicking noise while they’re in use. While this might be harder on your ears than a traditional drill, it’s easier on your arms because you don’t have to apply so much pressure to prevent the drive bit from slipping. You simply need to apply enough pressure to keep things on point. Another great aspect of impact drivers is how effective are at removing old screws, even those whose heads are stripped.

A drawback of impact drivers is that rather than a chuck, they use a collet which is made to accept only 1/4” hex shanks – which severely limits the variety of bit you can use. You can certainly drill with an impact driver, but your options for bits are limited and the hammering function does negatively impact accuracy. But they’re great for driving in screws faster and with more ease than virtually anything else out there, which is what they were designed to do.

Ultimately, power drills and impact drivers are moving in the direction of a powered multitool which offers both functions. However, they’re still not quite there yet, so you should choose whichever one best suits your needs and intended usage. You might decide that you need both because these two tools actually complement one another better than they compete, but there are a lot of folks who will find that one or the other best satisfies their needs. You should compare different models and their capabilities in order to understand which one is ideally suited for you.

Ways You Can Tell if Your Bartender Knows His Job Well

When you walk into the neighborhood bar on Friday or Saturday night, do you feel like “Norm” on the infamous sitcom Cheers? Does the entire bar, including the bartender know your name and welcome you as you walk through the door? Does the bartender have your favorite drink waiting for you as you approach your usual seat at the bar? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then you have a bartender that really knows and loves their job. Otherwise, if the answer was no to any of these questions, you might want to re-think your choice of hang-out; and start looking for a new place to frequent on the weekends and evenings after work.

How to recognize a good bartender?

When you first step into the bar it is the responsibility of an attentive bartender to recognize customers and acknowledge their presence. Even during the busiest time of evening, just a smile in your direction and a friendly hand gesture, showing they will be over shortly to take your order should be sufficient. Often the hostess or waitress will bring a menu or water to your seat to at least get you started with thinking about what you may be interested in ordering until the bartender can be freed-up to assist with your order.

Remains cool under pressure?

Does your bartender remain calm under pressure? If they are able to remain calm and collected even during the busiest hours of the day, then your bartender is a professional and is in the right business. However, if the bartender shows signs of being “stressed out” and gets short with customers due to the stress of a busy night, they either are in the wrong profession– or perhaps, just having a bad day– we all have them. If your bartender is normally cool and calm during stressful times and this one time gets upset, then chalk it up as he or she is having a bad day. Otherwise, if this is the typical attitude you receive from this bartender during busy times, you should probably report him or her to the manager and perhaps the manager can get things handled.

Has a Good Memory

Is your bartender able to remember your favorite drink or able to recommend a drink you have never tried but might be interested in trying? If this is the case, your bartender has excellent personable skills and should be commended. In the town in which I live, there is a bartender at the local bar my husband and I frequent that when he sees us come in he has our drinks prepared exactly to our liking before we even sit down. Now this is excellent customer service and is very impressive to see there is a bartender who truly loves doing what he does.

Keeps a tidy work area

A bartender that keeps his or work area in excellent cleanliness and neat order is something one should also look for when going to a bar. If the bar’s work area is messy and unorganized, you can be sure your drinks and service will be the same. “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” as the saying goes; if your bartender cares about the physical appearance of his or her work area, then he or she is also going to care about how well you enjoy your drinks.

Knows How to Mix a Great Cocktail

Finally, the number one way to know if your bartender is doing a good job and knows how to do his or her job in an excellent fashion is to take that first sip of the cocktail they have just prepared for you. Is it to your liking? Is it full of ice and hardly any drink? Or did the bartender use a mixer or blender when your preference is smooth? The best way to determine a good bartender, ultimately, is how they prepare the drinks you order.

The Time of the IPhone X

As the years pass by, technology begins to drastically advance. In the beginning black berry phones were at the top of the charts until multiple different versions of android smartphones were created. Androids were very popular because they allowed you to be able to touch the screen of your phone and have it do more than 10 times the things that you could have ever done with a black berry.

The Time of the android came almost as quickly as it left, however. When Steve Jobs and his team brought about the creation of the first IPhone generation, in 2007, it was the start of a completely new era. Today, there are a total of 18 different versions of the IPhone and the most recent one is known as the IPhone 8 or X.

Below is a list of differences that you will encounter when first viewing an IPhone 8:

  1. Design
  2. Camera
  3. Internal Specs
  4. Battery life
  5. Features

When first coming into contact with this version you will hardly be able to tell the difference in it and the IPhone 7. The thing that makes this newer model so unique however, is what lies inside its hardrive. It contains a new All Bionic processor that makes it a major improvement from any type of phone that we’ve ever seen before.

This new processsor is showing extravagant results on many tests that are being performed on it. The efficiency and performance cores within, show that the processor has an remarkable advantage over the rest of Apples IPhones. This incredible feature is what makes this IPhone stand out from all of the previous versions. That and the fact that it has a beautiful water resistant all glass casing to protect it.

Since glass has always been known to be alot less durable than plastic, it creates a slight discrepancy for the IPhone 8. It has also created a questionable perspective towards the entire Apple Inc. However, this casing has been proven to be the most durable cover ever created for a smartphone. To prove this as a fact, the author of a website called Toms Guide tested this theory.

He did this by performing a drop test on the Iphone. He dropped the phone 6 feet above a surface and saw that there was no damage done to it, whatsoever. But, on the other hand, when he allowed the phone to crash into complete concrete it suffered a couple of minor cracks. Therefore, the outcome of his experiment determined that the phone is not entirely impenetrable but the casing is alot stronger than any previous IPhone created.

Something else that causes this newer version of IPhone to be so spectaculst is the fact that it has one of the best battery performers. The author of Tom’s Guide tested this theory as well because he wanted to see just how accurate it was.

The author allowed the phone to run continuously to see how long it took for the battery to die and it stayed on for a total of 9 hours and 54 minutes, before losing all of its charge. This was atleast one hour longer than the IPhone 7. And that alone, is incredible considering the fact that the IPhone 8 has a battery that is significantly smaller in size. This led Tom’s Guide to determine that this theory was, in fact, 100% true.

The last feature that I believe dramatically separates this phone from any phone ever created by Apple, is the sheer fact that it contains a wireless charger. That’s right! There is no more losing your charger with the Iphone 8 because it already has one built into the battery.

Things that You Need to Forgive Yourself For

Let’s face it; forgiving people is hard. It’s also harder to forgive yourself for mistakes that you’ve made. It’s also hard to not get yourself down for every little mistake you’ve made. Maybe there are some things that you just need to forgive yourself and let it go.

Here are seven things you can forgive yourself for.

1. The unanswered Text

Maybe you got a text from someone that you don’t know so well, or maybe it’s a close friend and you didn’t answer right away. You should let it go. People understand that life is busy and things get overlooked. If it’s someone that you don’t know, then let it go.

2, That rescheduled workout

Workouts are great and you feel better when they are done, but there are some times when your body needs a break. Even people that work out frequently usually have a schedule of what kinds of exercises to do and when. If you don’t feel like giving it your all when you work out, it’s probably best not to work out.

3. An insult you made to a friend accidentally

Most people understand if you are having a bad day or just weren’t thinking when you said something potentially insulting. It’s hard not to worry if someone took offense to something you said. Apologize, if you are ready and able too, and let it go. Of course, you need to remember not to do it again, but let it go.

4. The Ice Cream

Everyone knows the struggle. Maybe you’re on a diet or can have desserts sometimes, and you ate a whole tub of ice cream in one sitting. Everyone slips on a diet, no matter how strict. Perhaps you craved the ice cream and you enjoyed it, but that much ice cream will make you feel bad. Forgive yourself and move on.

5. The half read book

I know you’re thinking the title should be The Half-Blood Prince for all you Harry Potter fans out there, but no, it’s not. We have often started a book and not enjoyed it, but felt obligated to finish it. If you force yourself to read it, you won’t enjoy it or retain the info you are reading. So, return that book from the library or give it back to the friend you borrowed it from, and be done with it.

6. The sloppy bedroom

You want to be as clean and neat as can be, so you made a goal to make your bed. You forget one morning, or you ran late, so it didn’t get done. It’s just one day and you can make it up tomorrow. We all do the best we can do everyday and this is no different. Tomorrow is a new day!

7. Big life Decisions

We all have what seem like hundreds of decisions to make everyday. Some change your life more than others. Should I go back to school or have a baby? Or maybe have another baby? You want to be sure you are making the right decision. Don’t make that decision just yet. Sleep on it for a few nights and predict what would happen if you did have another baby or went back to school. What would your life look like?

Forgiving others is hard, but forgiving yourself is even harder. By letting go of some of these things, you need to let go and move on. This takes time and belief that you will make it through whatever you are going through. That’s all anyone wants; to move on and find happiness along the way.

Workers On The Go Need Encryption Solutions In Their Everyday Life

People every day have taken their work with them outside of their offices. They are now more mobile than ever thanks to newer technology in the palm of their hands.

Laptops, tablets and other mobile devices have freed people from the confines of an office space to do their work from. In a survey that was taken in 2014 by Forrester’s Business Technographic Global Telecom And Mobility Workforce Survey, it was shown that more than 52% of people included in the workforce have started to do their jobs more outside of the workplace because they feel like they can get more work done when they take it with them while on the go.

Since this is the new norm in the workforce it has given employees more freedom than ever before because they can take their work with them wherever they want to. This saves employers lots of money because now they don’t have to pay for their employees’ extra office hours to finish up important jobs that need to be finished.

With these advancements also comes more security risks and more companies have had to take major steps to prevent cyber attacks on their businesses while also continuing to allow their employees to have the freedom to do their jobs outside of the office environment. These steps are usually in the way of special protocols that their employees have to follow so that they can still do their jobs safely and effectively.

One way companies have been able to allow workers to continue their work outside of the office is by encrypting their company mobile devices which help to keep all work-related information on the computer or any other mobile device completely safe.

Some of the major reasons employers have started using these measures to keep work-related information safe is because of the risks involved when their employees take the work outside of the office and into the free world, including connecting to unsecured networks, the possibility of their devices being stolen or broken as well as hard drive failures and other things that can and will go wrong at any point in time.

Work-related devices can cost businesses a huge amount of money if any doomsday scenario happens. Hackers and thieves can gain access to all of the information on the devices and most companies can’t afford to ever have this happen.

Full Disk Encryption

There are many different encryption methods businesses can use to keep information on their employees’ devices safer. One of these methods is Full Disk Encryption which will encrypt the entire hard drive the information is on, including the Operating System and everything else on the drive. Using this method will require that the employee has a password that they can use to log on to the computer or mobile device before they can even use it. If you are using Apple or Microsoft Operating Systems then you already have this method built into the computer which makes things a lot easier for any company wanting to encrypt their data this way.

Folder Encryption

Another method that people like to use is folder encryption which allows any user to protect a file or folder specifically. With this type of encryption you won’t have your whole Operating System on lockdown which can make things a lot easier on you should any accidents or hard drive failures occur. Decrypting a folder is a lot more hassle free should anything damaging happen to the hard drive and you have a worst case scenario on your hands.

Removable Storage Encryption

This method of encryption has started to become more popular with people since the prices of hard drives continue to drop every day. There are some companies that won’t allow removable drives for work-related information, but for the ones that will, this can be a more viable solution compared to other methods of encryption.

Each of these encryption methods is a great way to keep your work-related mobile devices safe should the worst ever happen to them and this helps employers feel better about letting their employees be able to take their work with them on the go while the employees can have the freedom to get more done while not being tied down to the office environment.
